SITE DESIGN
Spaces that you are able to see, touch, smell, taste and hear allow you to be immersed in a landscape. Our site design process creates landscapes that provides users with that desired immersive experience through intricate details and custom site amenities. When balanced with habitat function and aesthetics, site design can promote beautiful yet sustainable ecosystems. All our residential, corporate, public, and natural area landscapes are designed at a variety of scales with low inputs and maintenance in mind.
ECOLOGICAL SYSTEMS DESIGN
At the heart of landscape restoration, are innovative restoration techniques and best management practices (BMP’s), that we continually promote and utilize in all ecological system designs. Custom seed mix development, bioengineered systems, stormwater design, material reuse, and site specific restoration plans are among the ecological system design services that we provide.
EDUCATION & OUTREACH
A core value at Landbridge is education. At Landbridge we believe environmental education fosters healthy relationships with the landscape and knowledgeable communities become active proponents of restoration. We strive to educate not only our own staff, but our clients and the general public as well. In order to enhance education and outreach opportunities, Landbridge has developed and implemented curriculum for children and adults, wayfinding signage, interpretive maps, educational signage and materials, and interactive workshops.
CONSULTATION
We can help you create a road map for the ecological design of your site. Our consulting services include habitat management plans, native ecosystem assessments, native plant community classifications, ecological site inventories, site evaluations, and master planning.
