Willow Reserve is a 23 acre stormwater management site located in the heart of east Saint Paul. We are contracted through Capitol Region Watershed District (CRWD) to make the site more welcoming for the community by opening site lines, installing trails, conducting invasive species removal and installing native plant communities. Willow Reserve is located in an area that lacks green space, so our work is reaching people that need it the most.
